Audit & Process Improvement.

Before anything is built: where the time and money leak, measured.

Two weeks on your floor and in your data. We map how work really moves, compare what you told us with what your numbers show, and leave a prioritised plan where every item has a baseline and a target. You keep the map either way.

how the engagement runs

  1. week 1Walk

We sit with the people doing the work and watch how it moves.

  2. week 2Map

Every hand-off, wait and re-entry drawn out and checked against your data.

  3. week 3Prioritise

A ranked plan with a baseline and a target on every line.

  4. ongoingMeasure

Whatever gets built is measured against the number we wrote down first.

two weeks per operation · a usable map early rather than a report at the end

Opinions in, numbers out.

Every transformation we have seen stall started with a guess about where the problem was. An audit replaces the guess: how long a truck really waits at the gate, how many times an invoice is touched, which report nobody opens. Take the handle and drag.

Shadow, compare, rank.

The operations audit

We shadow the people who do the work in the plant, the back office and sales, and map every hand-off, wait and re-entry. Two weeks, no slides, one honest map.

What you told us vs what your data shows

We pull the numbers you already have and set them beside the story. The gaps are where the money is, and they are usually not where the org chart says.

The improvement plan

A ranked list rather than a vision deck. Each item carries today's number, the target, what it takes to get there and what it is worth. Build with us or with anyone.

next · why teams pick us

Bring the process everyone has a theory about. We start timing it on the first call.

Why start with an audit.

  • Measured before promised

We agree the baseline before the first line of code and publish the after-number when we are done. The refinery gate went from 5–7 minutes to under 30 seconds, and we know that because we timed both.

  • You keep the map

The audit output is yours. Some clients build with us, some build in-house, some do nothing for a year. The plan is still right when they come back.

  • Written by people who run operations

We run our own products and our own company on the same discipline. Queues, hand-offs and exceptions are daily life for us.

  • No rip-and-replace reflex

Most of what the audit finds is fixed around the systems you already run. A new platform is the last recommendation, never the first.

Two weeks for one operation: a plant, a department, a customer journey. Larger scopes are split into two-week blocks so you get a usable map early instead of a report at the end.

A process map, the numbers behind it, and a ranked improvement plan with a baseline and target per item. It is a working document rather than a presentation.

No. The plan is written so any competent team can act on it. Most clients do continue with us, because the people who drew the map are the fastest at building against it.

That is itself a finding, and usually the first item on the plan. We work from what exists, whether spreadsheets, ERP exports or call logs, and mark how far each number can be trusted.

A few hours of shadowing per role, spread over two weeks. Nobody stops working. We watch the work as it happens.
