Catch it before the customer does
A missing label, a wrong pack, a dented carton. Flagged at the line instead of in the complaint.

Hardhat missing, zone entered, forklift too close. A flag goes to a lead, a person reviews it, and nothing becomes an automatic penalty.

Video stays on site. Only events reach the dashboard: counts, boxes, flags and the frames behind them.

Your cameras, not new ones
We take the RTSP feeds you already have. Frames are sampled at the edge, on a small box at the site, so no video streams out.

Detect, then turn it into an event
Detection and tracking models run on those frames and emit events: a count, a box, a flag. Events are small, cheap to store and easy to audit.

Rules you set, flags a person sees
Thresholds and zones are yours to define. A breach becomes a flag to a named person with the frame attached. It is never an automatic action.

Measured on your footage first
Before anything goes live we run the model on a couple hundred of your own clips against a manual count and show you the number.

The physical world, already wired
Weighbridges, gates and field devices feed live systems at a five-plant refinery and a Gulf utility. A camera is the next sensor on the same backbone.

No. Frames are processed on a box at the site. Only events and the frames behind a flag are sent on, and you decide where even those are stored.
No. We count people, track movement and detect objects and equipment. We do not identify individuals, and we would rather say that up front than be asked later.
We don't quote a number until we have measured it on your footage. The first gate is a side-by-side count on a couple hundred of your own clips. You see the result before you sign for the rollout.
