TealOrca

for technical teams

How we work.

The method behind “mock-up in days, live in weeks”, written for the CIO, the lead and the developer who will inherit it.

The founder-facing pages tell you what you get. This page tells you how: requirement collection, the mock-first rule, buffered builds, launch checks, and the engineering standards we don't negotiate on.

  1. within 24hAn engineer replies

Sasi, Bava or Bharath. No sales script.

  2. day 1A 30-minute call

Your problem, mapped. No long presentations.

  3. day 2–4A clickable mock-up

You react to screens instead of documents.

  4. week 2+First version goes live

You see it working early. Then we grow it.

no retainers to start · no slideware · your first invoice comes with working software

From first call to first release, in weeks

No black box. You see the mock-up before you commit, and a working demo every week after.

  1. 1

    Listen and map the bottleneck

A working session on your operations. We leave with the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like.

  2. 2

    Mock-up in hours

You react to screens instead of documents. The first clickable mock-up usually lands the same week.

  3. 3

    Build in weekly sprints

A dedicated team ships every week, with a demo you can open. No long silences, no surprises.

  4. 4

    Launch in weeks

We go live early with the slice that matters most, then widen from real usage.

  5. 5

    Run it with you, 24/7

Support, monitoring and a roadmap. Teams across five countries mean someone is always awake on your systems.

Six things we do on every project.

Requirements are collected on the floor

We sit with the people who do the work before we write anything. The output is a process map and a list of the exceptions, because the exceptions are where every project lives.

The mock-up comes before the estimate

Clickable screens within days. You correct a screen in a minute and a built feature in a sprint. We don't quote until the screens are agreed.

Weekly builds you can open

A dedicated team ships every week to a URL you can use. No status decks. You see the software.

A buffer in the plan, not bolted on

Every plan carries room for what the audit could not see. Launch dates are set with that room in them, which is why they hold.

Launch day checks the data

Go-live is a checklist: migrated records reconciled, integrations replayed, roles tested with real users. We celebrate after the numbers match.

Standard on every build

Role-based access, audit logs, per-organisation data isolation, idempotent integrations and model-version stamps on AI output. These are the patterns our own multi-tenant products run on.
