Kaleesuwari Refinery — the live system

<30s

gate clearance, was 5–7 min

24–48h

billing, down from 7–10 days

100+

trucks a day, five plants

The client

One of India's largest edible-oil groups: five well-known brands, five manufacturing plants, and hundreds of tankers crossing its gates every day.

The problem

Scale had outrun the systems. Supply-chain visibility was limited, too many steps depended on a person, information sat in silos, and the platforms running the plants did not talk to each other.

What we built

One connected system across the plants:

Kaleesuwari Refinery — inside the build

RFID to SAP integration (RSIS)

Plant-floor RFID events flow straight into SAP. Dispatch and material movement are visible without anyone re-keying them.

Supplier relationship management

An SRM platform that brings suppliers into the same connected flow as the plants they serve.

Gates, weighbridges and billing, automated

RFID checkpoints open the boom barrier for authorised trucks in seconds. Weighbridge tickets and dispatch data flow straight through to billing, with OTP security at every entry point and no paper gate passes.

what changed

90%

faster gate clearance. Trucks that took 5 to 7 minutes now clear in under 30 seconds.

Billing cycle down from 7–10 days to 24–48 hours
Weighbridge re-keying gone: SAP, RSIS and SRM run as one flow
Shift handover: 30 minutes of paperwork is now a 5-minute export
