The client
A New Jersey service that generates and files lien documents for the construction industry: mechanic's liens, lien waivers, and the paperwork contractors depend on to get paid.
The problem
Everything was manual. Documents were gathered by hand and sometimes misplaced, client information was checked by eye, legal documents were drafted from scratch, and signing and filing crawled through the same bottlenecks.
